Join a well-established fine art gallery in beautiful Sedona! We are looking for a creative, organized, and dependable Marketing & Gallery Assistant to support our marketing efforts and gallery operations.
This is a part-time position averaging approximately 10 hours per week with a flexible schedule. It is ideal for someone seeking supplemental income who enjoys art, marketing, and working in a creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage social media content promoting artists and gallery events
- Develop and distribute email marketing campaigns
- Maintain and organize artwork inventory and gallery records
- Update and manage the gallery website, including artwork listings and artist information
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Experience with social media marketing and content creation
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms
- Experience updating and maintaining websites
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Appreciation for fine art is a plus
- Must live in the Sedona area
