Join a well-established fine art gallery in beautiful Sedona! We are looking for a creative, organized, and dependable Marketing & Gallery Assistant to support our marketing efforts and gallery operations.

This is a part-time position averaging approximately 10 hours per week with a flexible schedule. It is ideal for someone seeking supplemental income who enjoys art, marketing, and working in a creative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage social media content promoting artists and gallery events
  • Develop and distribute email marketing campaigns
  • Maintain and organize artwork inventory and gallery records
  • Update and manage the gallery website, including artwork listings and artist information
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience with social media marketing and content creation
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms
  • Experience updating and maintaining websites
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Appreciation for fine art is a plus
  • Must live in the Sedona area
