Marketing and Operations Coordinator

ABOUT THIS POSITION

The Marketing + Operations Coordinator for Abundant Health NP is a critical role to our patients’ success with our company. You’re the first point of contact for patient communications and you also ensure our marketing efforts stay on track so that we can attract new patients.

In your role, you’ll ensure that our owner, Sarah, is able to focus on working with patients and growing the business. Your efforts will ensure our patients have an excellent experience and that all of our patients feel supported.

RESPONSIBILITIES

*Patient Services*

Respond to patient communications in a timely manner

Follow up with patients

Make appointments

Send new patient intake questionnaires

Patient invoicing

Update memberships

Set up new patients in EHR + keep existing records up-to-date

*Marketing*

Create social media graphics based on provided content

Create social media captions based on provided content

Schedule social media content

Proof read and edit monthly newsletter

Schedule email newsletter

*Operations*

Data management and tracking

Project management

Software setup + maintenance

*Software Tools You’ll Need to be Familiar With*

Employee Health Records (EHR) (Charm)

Productivity Suite (Google Workspace)

Social media schedulers

Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Mailerlite, etc.)

Payment processors (Stripe, Square, etc.)

Please note: experience in all of these tools is not required; you’ll be trained on how to use everything, but basic familiarity will ensure your success.
