Role Overview

CMO Alpha is hiring a Fractional Marketing Manager to support client marketing execution across multiple accounts. This person will work directly with the founder to help manage campaigns, content, email marketing, website updates, CRM workflows, social media, reporting, and client deliverables.

This is more than a coordinator role. The right person can take direction, think through the next step, manage details without constant hand-holding, and help keep client work moving forward.

The ideal candidate is a strong marketing generalist who understands how content, email, websites, CRM, social media, paid campaigns, and reporting fit together. Financial services experience is helpful, but not required. Comfort with compliance-sensitive industries is a plus.

Marketing Execution & Project Management

• Manage assigned client marketing tasks from start to finish
• Translate strategy discussions into clear action items, timelines, and deliverables
• Keep client projects organized across multiple moving parts
