Remote Marketing & Community Growth Associate — Help Us Build Something Meaningful (30 Hours/Week)

We are SevenPonds.com, a website providing information, tools, and resources around end-of-life topics. We are growing quickly and looking for a creative, proactive, mission-driven person to help expand our events community. Someone who deeply cares about others.

This role combines marketing, sales outreach, customer support, and community building. You will work directly with the founder and play an important role in helping us grow our platform and better serve our customers.

We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, takes initiative, and can turn ideas into action.

Education

College degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is a plus, but equivalent experience and demonstrated skills are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule branded social media content across three platforms.
• Support email marketing, newsletters, direct outreach, and customer communication.
• Help grow our events community by reaching out to event organizers and building relationships.
• Assist customers with event listings, registrations, onboarding, and website activities.
• Help load event information and resources for our customers.
• Track and report website traffic, sign-ups, downloads, Google Analytics, and Search Console insights.
• Work with our email marketing specialist and founder to improve marketing strategy and customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve our website, tools, and customer journey.

Skills & Experience

• Strong communication skills and comfort connecting with people.
• A marketing mindset with a sales and outreach attitude.
• Experience creating social media content and scheduling posts.
• Canva experience required; Photoshop experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with Google tools, spreadsheets/CSV files, and learning WordPress.
• Interest in websites, registrations, analytics, and helping users successfully complete online actions.
