Position Overview

The Lead Generation & Acquisition Intern will focus on building and maintaining a robust database of potential leads across 247Cashman and an affiliated company. While the primary responsibility is sourcing and organizing lead data, the intern will also have the opportunity to manage the sales process and close transactions directly.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential real estate leads across various social media platforms, websites, and online tools.
• Build and continuously update a large, organized database of prospective clients.
• Research and identify new digital avenues and methods to gather fresh lead data.
• Manage outbound outreach, follow up on opportunities, and handle the sales process to close deals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong interest in real estate, sales, digital research, or business development.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and standard online search tools.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage and maintain large databases or spreadsheets.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently to meet volume goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
