About the Role

This is not a corporate sales position.

This is not a marketing-only role.

This is not a position where you sit around waiting for leads to arrive.

We're looking for someone who wants to help grow a company.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable making sales calls, following up with customers,

creating content, building dealer relationships, attending trade shows, conducting product

demonstrations, recruiting ProStaff members, and finding new opportunities to grow the

Plotmaster brand.

This role offers significant autonomy, flexibility, and growth potential for the right person.

Sales & Lead Management

• Contact inbound leads quickly and consistently
• Build relationships with prospective customers
• Conduct phone, text, email, and video consultations
• Provide quotes and product recommendations
• Maintain and manage CRM activity Close sales and generate referrals
