The Pipeline Marketing Specialist is the execution engine behind QAD’s North America demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) programs. Positioned at the intersection of demand creation and demand capture, you will activate in-market accounts and drive manufacturing buyers through the pipeline. This is not a lead-generation role focused on form fills; you will be measured directly on account activation, pipeline creation, and velocity. You'll report to our Global Revenue Marketing Director.
Location: Remote – U.S. (Continental U.S. near a major hub airport), *ideally Miami where our corporate HQ is located, but not required.*
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Generation & Campaign Execution: Launch and optimize integrated, multi-touch campaigns across email (Marketo nurture tracks), paid media, webinars, and field events tailored to specific manufacturing personas and verticals.
- ABM Program Management: Execute target account plays using intent and engagement signals to build account-specific landing pages, ad audiences, and customized content sequences.
- BDR & Sales Collaboration: Act as the daily marketing liaison to the BDR team, briefing them on active campaigns and real-time intent signals to ensure timely sales follow-up.
- Pipeline & Marketing Operations: Maintain marketing database hygiene and leverage Salesforce or equivalent BI dashboards to track pipeline health, account engagement, and performance gaps.
