About the role

I run a small investment fund focused on acquiring and operating one great business. My focus is senior care, across both medical and non-medical needs, and I also look at industries outside of that as opportunities arise. I'm looking for a part-time Assistant to be my second brain through the search: keeping my pipeline, outreach, inbox, and schedule running so I can spend my time talking to business owners and running diligence.

This is an ongoing role, not a short term project.

What you'll do

• Build and enrich lists of qualified owners across senior care and other industries we're exploring
• Personalize and manage our outbound email campaigns to owners
• Cold calls to potential sellers
• Track response rates and own follow-up sequences
• Keep target lists and the CRM clean and current
• Triage my inbox, flag what matters, and draft quick replies
• Schedule calls with brokers, business owners, advisors, and investors
• Organize NDAs, CIMs, and other deal documents in Google Drive
• Do light research on companies, competitors, and industries
• Help me prep for important meetings
• Add leverage where needed

What I'm looking for

• Experience as a virtual assistant or experience with email campaigns
• Clear and professional writing skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and quick to respond
• Experience with email marketing tools (Grata, Apollo, HubSpot, Smartlead, Replyio or similar)
