About the Role

Tove Digital is a boutique digital marketing agency with a focus on paid media and analytics. We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and performance-focused Paid Media Manager to lead multi-channel paid media programs that directly impact customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Our Paid Media Manager will work closely with the agency founder to deliver measurable results for a diverse client portfolio across industries including fashion/apparel, tech, medical device, education, service-based, and more.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working in Meta/Google ad platforms managing the launch and day-to-day of paid media campaigns as they are defining campaign strategies/KPIs and interacting with clients directly.

This position will play a key role in the entire process

  • Onboarding new clients
  • Defining campaign strategies and KPIs
  • Conducting market research
  • Assisting with creative and copywriting
  • Campaign build and execution within ad platforms
  • Day-to-day optimization and updates to campaigns within the ad platforms
  • Reporting performance back to clients and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day performance and execution for paid media channels including Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and others, with a strong emphasis on eCommerce performance and revenue growth
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and make bid/budget adjustments to hit KPIs
  • Maintain ongoing, proactive, and consistent communication with clients on account progress, performance, and problem resolution
  • Pull weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and commentary
  • Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitive analysis
  • Assist in developing A/B tests for ad copy, creative, and landing pages
  • Support client onboarding by setting up tracking (pixels, UTMs, GA4)
  • Stay current on platform updates and industry trends

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of hands-on paid media experience, preferably at an agency and preferably working with eCommerce brands
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (required); LinkedIn, TikTok, or programmatic a plus
  • Google Ads certification preferred
  • Solid understanding of analytics platforms (GA4, Looker Studio)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent written communication skills for internal and client-facing reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Shopify and eCommerce analytics tools
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and how it complements paid strategy

Salary

* $65,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
