Pixel Bloom Collective is a boutique marketing agency specializing in luxury, beauty, wellness, food & beverage, lifestyle, and medical aesthetics brands. We help brands grow through strategic content, UGC campaigns, and high-performing paid media.

We're looking for an experienced Paid Media & Campaign Specialist to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in launching and scaling campaigns for exciting consumer brands.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns.
• Develop campaign strategies for product launches and brand growth.
• Create audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and lead generation.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
• Collaborate with our creative team to turn UGC and branded content into high-performing paid advertisements.
• Analyze campaign performance to identify winning creatives, messaging, and audiences.
• Stay current on Meta platform updates and advertising best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads.
• Proven track record of driving sales and measurable business growth through paid advertising.
• Ability to provide case studies or campaign results demonstrating ROAS, revenue growth, lead generation, or conversion performance.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Events Manager, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
• Experience managing product launches is highly preferred.
• Experience working with UGC creatives is a plus.
