Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Respond to customer emails and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain and update our social media accounts with new posts and content
• Assist with social media updates and basic online maintenance
• Create simple graphics or marketing materials using tools such as Canva (preferred)
• Keep spreadsheets and records organized
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Help identify ways to improve daily operations and workflow

Qualifications

• Comfortable using computers and learning new software quickly
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and X
• Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company

Preferred Skills

• Experience processing e-commerce orders
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing or social media management
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Customer service experience
