Re-System Americas is seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Operations and Marketing Coordinator to support daily business operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative tasks, customer communication, and marketing support in a small business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support customer communication and follow-up
  • Maintain CRM, lead tracking, and project records
  • Assist with proposal coordination and document organization
  • Help organize project folders, product information, and customer files
  • Create and schedule marketing emails
  • Assist with social media posts and basic marketing activities
  • Support order coordination and internal tracking
  • Assist with other coordination and documentation as needed

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Comfortable using email marketing and social media platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Previous administrative or marketing experience preferred

Schedule

  • Approximately 1–2 days per week
  • Flexible schedule based on business needs

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
