Job Overview
Re-System Americas is seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Operations and Marketing Coordinator to support daily business operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative tasks, customer communication, and marketing support in a small business environment.
Responsibilities
- Support customer communication and follow-up
- Maintain CRM, lead tracking, and project records
- Assist with proposal coordination and document organization
- Help organize project folders, product information, and customer files
- Create and schedule marketing emails
- Assist with social media posts and basic marketing activities
- Support order coordination and internal tracking
- Assist with other coordination and documentation as needed
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable using email marketing and social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous administrative or marketing experience preferred
Schedule
- Approximately 1–2 days per week
- Flexible schedule based on business needs
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
