Summary of the Job

The Marketing Manager – Wealth & Institutional Services at FNBO plays a pivotal role in shaping the marketing and communications strategies that drive measurable business outcomes across FNBO’s Wealth and Institutional segment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for translating business objectives into strategic marketing plans and delivering high-impact campaigns that influence desired client and prospect behaviors, accelerate growth, and strengthen brand equity.

Through hands-on campaign leadership and close partnership with business leaders, key stakeholders, and Marketing Centers of Excellence, you’ll ensure the successful execution and optimization of marketing initiatives aligned to FNBO’s core objectives: building, enhancing, and protecting the brand; acquiring new clients; deepening existing relationships; and improving marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

Working closely with Marketing Leadership, Business Leadership, and Centers of Excellence, you’ll lead campaign strategy, messaging and offer development, and data-driven performance analytics to continually refine approaches based on market insights and financial outcomes. About This Role:
