The Role

Eckoh isseeking a strategic and execution-oriented Customer Growth & Partner Marketing Manager to drive expansion pipeline, customer revenue growth, and partner-generated opportunities. This role is responsible for creating and executing programs that identify growth opportunities within our existing customer base, generate upsell and cross-sell pipeline, strengthen customer relationships, and activate strategic partners. Success in this role will be measured by contribution to expansion pipeline, customer engagement, partner-sourced opportunities, and advocacy.

The ideal candidate understands how to market to existing customers, influence buying committees, uncover new opportunities within accounts, and build programs that directly contribute to revenue growth.
