The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Director to own and drive all marketing efforts at Kravit. This isn't a role where you manage a large internal team or hand work off — you're the creative engine. You'll set the strategy, execute the campaigns, and be accountable for moving the metrics that matter. You'll also be the primary liaison to our outsourced marketing partners, ensuring their work aligns with our brand and goals.

You'll report directly to ownership and present performance and strategy at the C-Suite level.

What You'll Own

• Full content creation — social, in-store, email, and beyond
• Social media posting and calendar management across all platforms
• Email marketing campaigns from concept through deployment
• SMS marketing campaigns and list management
• Coordination and oversight of outsourced marketing agencies and partners
• Monthly and quarterly performance reporting to ownership and senior leadership
• Creative strategy development aligned to business goals and seasonal priorities
• Brand voice consistency across every customer touchpoin

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, luxury, or lifestyle brands
• Proven ability to both strategize and execute — you build the plan and do the work
• Proficiency with email and SMS marketing platforms (Klaviyo)
• Strong content creation skills — copywriting, basic graphic design, and short-form video are all a plus
