As the company continues to grow, marketing has become a strategic driver of awareness, pipeline, and brand — and we need an experienced leader to own it end to end, turning a fast-growing marketing function into a coordinated, high-output engine that supports sales, proposals, and business development across the federal market.As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead IMPRES’s marketing team and every aspect of the function — directing our digital marketing and graphic design staff, managing external vendors and agencies, overseeing the events team, and owning the campaigns, content, and brand programs that drive growth. You’ll set priorities, hold people and projects to deadlines, and translate business development goals into marketing execution. This is a hands-on leadership role: part strategist, part project driver, part coach. This position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.We’re looking for someone who leads aggressively — who takes ownership of people and projects and pushes them forward without waiting to be asked.
