Marketing Manager, Demand Generation

Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to lead campaign strategy and execution across the full marketing funnel. This role owns the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing programs that drive qualified pipeline, accelerate revenue growth, and increase market engagement. The ideal candidate is a strategic and data-driven marketer with a strong track record of developing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns. Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Own end-to-end demand generation strategy across digital, email, events, paid media, account-based marketing (ABM), and other key channels.
• Plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline growth.
• Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies aligned to key buyer personas and stages of the customer journey.
• Collaborate closely with Content Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure message alignment and campaign effectiveness.
• Leverage AI tools to support campaign planning, personalization, content creation, audience targeting, and optimization.

Pipeline & Performance Management

• Own campaign KPIs, including marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), sales-qualified leads (SQLs), pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
• Analyze performance data and marketing metrics to uncover insights and drive continuous improvement.
