Marketing Lead (Multi-Brand)

We’re hiring a Marketing Lead to lead all marketing initiatives across our four brands. This hybrid-remote position offers creative control, cross-team collaboration, and the opportunity to shape the voice of our brands year-round.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage multi-brand marketing strategies and campaigns
• Plan, create, and schedule email marketing, social media, and blog content
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
• Collaborate with sales, service, and pro shop teams for promotions
• Analyze campaign results and optimize for growth and engagement
• Manage content calendars and timelines
• Maintain alignment with leadership on creative direction and priorities

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or content management
• Strong understanding of email platforms, social media tools, and analytics
• Graphic design, photo and video editing (Adobe Creative Suite or Similar)
• Excellent writing and storytelling abilities
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Experience managing multiple brands or eCommerce marketing preferred
• Passion for boating, water sports, or lifestyle marketing a plus
