Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)

20 hours/week to start | $28/hour; opportunity to become full-time position for right candidate — The Wine Spa | Portland & Dundee, Oregon

The Wine Spa is looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day marketing for our two award-winning spa locations in Portland and Oregon wine country.

Named one of TIME's World's Greatest Places, we're redefining what a spa can be through vinotherapy, exceptional hospitality, and memorable guest experiences. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who is excited to grow with us.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both creativity and strategy. You'll be responsible for keeping our marketing consistent, engaging, and effective across email, text, social media, and our website.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute weekly SMS marketing campaigns
• Create and send engaging email newsletters
• Manage our Instagram and Facebook accounts
• Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar
• Create and execute monthly specials in tandem with our CEO
• Create graphics and marketing materials in Canva
• Promote seasonal offers, memberships, gift cards, and special events
• Coordinate photography, video, and user-generated content
• Monitor and update our Google Business Profiles
• Track campaign performance and provide simple monthly reports
• Assist with paid Meta and Google advertising (experience is a plus)

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of marketing experience
• Experience with email marketing and SMS campaigns
• Working knowledge of WordPress (minor edits)
• Strong writing and communication skills
• A good eye for design and branding
