Job Overview

East Coast windows is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as Canvassers. This position involves speaking with homeowners in residential neighborhoods, introducing our window replacement services, and scheduling free in-home consultations for our sales team.

No sales experience is required. We provide training and ongoing support. If you enjoy meeting people, working outdoors, and earning performance-based bonuses, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

● Canvass residential neighborhoods assigned by management

● Speak with homeowners about East coast Windows products and services

● Schedule free estimates and consultations

● Record customer information accurately

● Represent the company professionally at all times

● Attend team meetings and training sessions

● Meet daily and weekly appointment goals

Qualifications

● Positive attitude and strong communication skills

● Reliable transportation

● Ability to walk for extended periods

● Self-motivated and goal-oriented

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Previous canvassing, customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus but not required
