Position Summary

We're looking for a Brand Manager to join the Welch's team supporting the Sparkling Juice portfolio, the market leader in celebratory sparkling juice category and one of our key growth platforms within Welch's portfolio. You will be responsible for general management of the platform, including strategic direction, cross-functional platform team leadership, overall performance, competitive analysis, product, price, promotions, and new product development.

This role will focus on building, evolving, and leading the three-year strategic roadmap for Welch's Sparkling Juice, strengthening our leadership in celebrations and special occasions while expanding relevance across new usage occasions, channels, and consumer targets.

Where You'll Work

This role will be based out of our Waltham, MA headquarters where you will be immersed in a dynamic workplace where innovation thrives, and collaboration is key. Our company in-office schedule is designed to maximize collaboration & relationship building balanced with flexibility and well-being with 3 days in office and Thursdays/Friday being remote, flex days.
