Marketing Assistant

The ideal candidate should have experience with commercial real estate, property flyers, offering memorandums, leasing packages, or real estate marketing materials. This role will involve organizing property information, creating clean and professional marketing packages, and making sure each package is consistent, polished, and ready to send to tenants, brokers, and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing packages for commercial real estate properties
• Design property flyers, brochures, and leasing packages
• Organize property information, photos, floor plans, site plans, maps, and leasing details
• Include key property details such as address, available SF, asking rent, CAM/NNN, traffic counts, parking, co-tenants, best uses, and highlights
• Make sure all packages have a clean, professional, and consistent look
• Update existing flyers and marketing materials as needed
• Rename and organize files clearly by property address
• Assist with basic property research when needed
• Prepare marketing materials that can be used for email campaigns, broker outreach, and social media

Requirements

• Experience creating real estate marketing materials is preferred
• Strong design skills using Canva, Adobe, PowerPoint, or similar platforms
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to organize information clearly
• Good written English and grammar
• Ability to follow branding and formatting instructions
• Commercial real estate experience is a plus
• Must be reliable, responsive, and able to meet deadlines
