Role Description

The Marketing Assistant is a part-time, contract role supporting day-to-day marketing execution and client experience at Sabiartistry LLC. This is a flexible, remote-friendly position based in Columbus, OH, with occasional in-person collaboration as needed.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment. Responsibilities include supporting client onboarding, creating and managing social media content, assisting with paid advertising campaigns, and helping maintain organized marketing systems for multiple clients.

Key responsibilities include

• Onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless, welcoming experience
• Creating engaging social media content, including captions, graphics, reels, and short-form video
• Scheduling and managing content across platforms
• Assisting with the setup, management, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Supporting SEO efforts through keyword research, on-page optimization, and content updates
• Updating websites, landing pages, and other digital marketing assets as needed
