Marketing & Promotions Manager

Run It Up Radio is New Jersey’s newest commercial digital Hip-Hop & R&B radio station, built to become the premier destination for music, entertainment, culture, and community. We are building a passionate leadership team to help launch one of the region’s fastest-growing digital media brands.

This position is 100% remote during our startup phase. As the company grows, leadership opportunities and in-person operations will become available.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, creative, and driven Marketing & Promotions Manager to lead our Marketing & Promotions Department. This individual will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, growing our audience, managing promotional campaigns, and helping establish Run It Up Radio as a household name throughout New Jersey and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that grow listeners and app downloads.
• Build relationships with artists, influencers, businesses, and community organizations.
• Lead promotional campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Recruit, train, and oversee members of the Marketing & Promotions Department.
• Coordinate street team promotions, community events, interviews, and special campaigns.
• Work alongside executive leadership to develop innovative growth strategies.
• Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Represent Run It Up Radio professionally within the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, promotions, branding, media, radio, entertainment, or social media preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Creative thinker with a passion for building brands.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Passion for Hip-Hop, R&B, media, and entertainment is a plus.
