Duties

• Assist in planning and executing in-store promotional events and product demos to attract customers and boost sales.
• Support social media management by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analyzing engagement metrics across various platforms.
• Content Creation: Plan, create, and manage published contents that accurately reflects the brand hat
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with shoppers, answering questions, and guiding them through product features.
• Collaborate with store teams to implement branding initiatives that enhance the store’s visual identity and customer experience.
• Manage Salon Suites Social Media Accounts. Create and post weekly engaging post
• Develop and Implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals (brand awareness, audience growth and lead generation)

Experience

• Previous experience or familiarity with customer relations and demonstrating comfort in engaging with customers.
• Strong data collection skills with an ability to understand major social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook etc. and their distinct algorithm along with basic graphic design software is advantageous.
• Experience managing social media accounts or executing digital marketing campaigns is preferred.
