Position Overview

The Marketing & Fund Development Coordinator is a mission-driven, strategic, and highly collaborative professional who advances the visibility, philanthropic support, and community impact of Camp Fire North Texas. This role blends digital marketing, storytelling, donor engagement, fundraising execution, and community representation.

The ideal candidate is a mission-driven self-starter with strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication, sound judgment, and a demonstrated ability to create compelling digital content. This person will strengthen donor and sponsor relationships, represent Camp Fire at community events (including evenings and weekends), and support multi-channel marketing and fundraising strategies that expand our reach and community support. They must be able to think independently, navigate challenges with professionalism, and move projects forward with limited day-to-day supervision.

This is a full-time salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

Mission‑Driven Marketing & Content Creation

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that promote Camp Fire programs, events, and fundraising initiatives.
• Create, manage, and maintain engaging content for social media, the website, email communications, newsletters, printed materials, and other digital channels.
• Ensure the Camp Fire website is continuously updated with current events, program information, and mission‑aligned messaging.
• Capture photos, videos, stories, and other content at programs, fundraisers, and events to support marketing and fundraising efforts.
