Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage our membership activities and enhance our communication efforts. The Membership and Communications Coordinator will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our members and ensuring that our communication channels effectively promote our organization's activities and events.

Responsibilities

• Membership Management:
• Process new member applications.
• Maintain an updated membership database and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Respond promptly to member inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for increasing membership and member engagement.
• Assist in organizing membership events and networking opportunities.
• Communication:
• Create and send out weekly emails to members, including event invitations, updates, and relevant news.
• Develop content for our social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with the team to develop communication campaigns that align with the chamber's goals.
• Collaborate with various committees to gather information and insights for communication materials.
