The Manager of Marketing & Growth is a results-driven marketing professional responsible for executing and optimizing brand and growth initiatives across retail (B2B) and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels. Reporting to VP Head Blue Rhino, this role manages day-to-day marketing operations including campaign execution, performance marketing, digital commerce, and customer lifecycle programs. The ideal candidate is analytically sharp, collaborative, and comfortable operating across both brand and performance disciplines.
