As a Lead Paid Social Strategist at ZGM, you'll own a portfolio of complex client accounts across both lead generation and eCommerce brands, including clients of our sister agency CAKE Commerce. You'll develop the strategy, lead the client relationships, and be accountable for real business outcomes: revenue growth, ROAS, customer acquisition, and long-term profitability.

Our Paid and Organic Social teams operate as one integrated unit, working alongside content, community, and influencer colleagues. The result is a collaborative environment where your strategic thinking shapes the full picture, not just one slice of it.

What You'll Do

Strategy and Client Leadership

• Own paid social strategy for a portfolio of complex, multi-platform accounts
• Lead quarterly business reviews, executive presentations, and strategic planning sessions
• Build performance forecasts, budget recommendations, and multi-quarter growth plans
• Get ahead of risks, opportunities, and platform shifts before clients have to ask.

Paid Social Execution

• Run full-funnel campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Lead tracking and attribution setup and maintenance: Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, dynamic product ads, catalog feeds, and UTM frameworks
