Influencer and Marketing Partnership Specialist

##### Compensation Base salary: $36,000 to $60,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you'll earn a revenue share based on the new business and partnerships you help bring into the company, providing significant upside for high performers.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Partnerships & Affiliate Outreach Manager owns the front-end growth funnel for external collaborations, serving as the primary driver for expanding our brand presence through strategic relationships. This role is responsible for researching, identifying, and initiating outreach to high-impact partners, including podcasts, trading communities, investing newsletters, Discord groups, and affiliate networks.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, outreach-heavy environment and can effectively blend data-driven research, relentless cold outreach, and relationship management. The Partnerships & Affiliate Outreach Manager partners cross-functionally to coordinate the onboarding of new affiliates, manage the deal pipeline, and help partners maximize the value of Nurp’s algorithmic trading solutions. This position is essential to establishing a powerful, recurring non-paid acquisition channel and contributing to the company’s long-term growth.
