This position is a sales position, so you would make a commission on all the sales you make. Currently, we are not offering a base. We would describe the commission during the interview. This would be an ideal position for someone who is a stay at home parent, retiree, or may have another job and would like to make some extra cash.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their housing needs and recommend suitable products within their budgets.
• Negotiate prices and financing options to close sales confidently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions while using Microsoft Excel.
• Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and order fulfillment to boost sales performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within high ticket construction deals or RV dealership experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, and retail math principles
• Exceptional organizational skills and listening skills.
• Ability to negotiate effectively while providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage customers professionally over the phone or in person.
