About the Company
Dr Tina LLC is a mission-driven health and wellness business. It is established by Dr tina Narayan, a pediatric neurologist with over 40 years clinical experience. Through her career Tina has specialised in treating neurodivergent children including those with ADHD, autism and other conditions. She has found through both practice and study of the available research, that certain natural supplements are highly effective in helping the treatment of children with ADHD, often reducing the need for harsher drugs which have side-effects. The products are formulated with a strong clinical and scientific backing, and the efficacy of the active ingredients is borne out through clinical trials and research.
The company is formed to offer such supplements to neurodivergent children and their families. It’s core values are:

Job Overview
The Head of Marketing will be the first hire for Dr Tina. They will report to the CEO and to Dr Tina, the founder. They will be responsible for all aspects of the marketing, particularly attracting customers and driving sales – working within agreed budgets. They will be expected to create and deliver a marketing plan with a strong focus on customer loyalty, community, brand building as well as revenue and profitability. The marketing will be built around and driven with a strong emphasis on data, continuous improvement and learning, repeatability and measurement
Responsibilities will include paid advertising, SEO, community building, social media presence, and all customer facing aspects. They will also be responsible for managing marketing agencies, suppliers, logistics providers, creating and managing the analytics and reporting for these activities, and ensuring sufficient stock etc. They will work closely with the founder and CEO on a day-to-day basis.
The growth and learning prospects for this position are substantial with future distribution channels to include trade distribution via doctors, medical practitioners and alternative therapists, as well as distribution through merchants – both on-line and physical stores. The company expect to build a product line initially focused on neurodivergent children and their families. The ideal candidate will have responsibility for the whole communications mix with strong involvement in all aspects of the business, a high degree of autonomy and a real impact on the direction and success of a rapidly growing new business.
The Person
The ideal person for this position will have at least 4 – 6 years’ experience of digital marketing covering organic social media, paid advertising, SEO and ideally production of video and social media content. They will be organised, numerate - able to manage analytics and reporting, clear thinking and results focused. They will be a self-starter, hungry to learn and able to manage in a start-up environment. As employee No 1 the personal growth prospects are substantial.
They may work 100% remotely, and will need to be a team player, good communicator, with ability to organise and present information. Strong execution and delivery skills are essential
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
