Highline Cleaning Services is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our commercial and residential client base, community outreach and involvement, and marketing/promotional strategies throughout Western North Dakota.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and representing a growing local company. If you're self-motivated, creative, organized, and passionate about helping businesses find solutions, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Own

• Generating new commercial cleaning accounts through networking, prospecting, sales calls, referrals, and community involvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, property managers, contractors, and decision-makers.
• Conduct walkthroughs and assist with preparing cleaning proposals and service agreements.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Assist in representing Highline Cleaning Services at networking events and within the community.
• Work closely with operations to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service.
• Track sales activities and customer interactions using company software.
• Help identify new markets and opportunities for company growth.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, business development, account management, digital marketing, and customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
