North Star Group is seeking an organized, self-driven Growth & Marketing Manager to help lead marketing efforts for one of the fastest-growing interventional radiology organizations in the country.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a highly specialized area of healthcare marketing alongside nationally recognized physicians who are passionate about advancing the field of interventional radiology.

What Makes This Role Different?

This is not a narrow marketing role focused on a single channel or brand.

You’ll oversee and coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple brands, service lines, clinic locations, and external clients that entrust us with their marketing efforts.

At any given time, you may be

• Launching a new service line.
• Coordinating a website redesign.
• Managing SEO and digital advertising partners.
• Developing referral marketing campaigns.
• Reviewing creative for television, radio, print, or social media campaigns.
• Analyzing campaign performance and recommending changes.
• Coordinating CRM and marketing automation initiatives.
• Supporting marketing efforts for partner organizations and external clients.
