We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist to help grow our customer base, improve sales performance, and execute marketing plans across online and offline channels.

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on and creative Sales & Marketing Specialist who can support daily sales activities, develop practical marketing strategies, and execute promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a small business environment where responsibilities may vary day to day.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Customer Engagement

• Assist customers in the showroom and provide product recommendations based on their needs.
• Follow up with potential customers through phone, email, text, or social media.
• Help convert inquiries from Facebook Marketplace, Google, social media, and walk-in customers into sales.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Support order coordination, product information sharing, and post-sale follow-up.

Marketing Planning & Execution

• Help create and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Plan and manage promotional campaigns for furniture, home décor, and seasonal products.
• Create or coordinate content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.
• Assist with product photos, listing descriptions, online posts, and basic content editing.
• Track marketing performance and suggest improvements based on results.
