OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Founding Product Marketing leader to help define how the market understands who we are — and where we’re going. As our first dedicated Product Marketing hire, you will define the foundation for how Recruitics communicates its platform vision, competes in the market, and scales its go-to-market strategy.

This is not a traditional PMM role focused on launch calendars and collateral production. This is a foundational strategic role responsible for shaping our market narrative, category positioning, competitive differentiation, and AI-native go-to-market operating model from the ground up.

Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you will work directly with executive leadership and help build the product marketing function alongside the next phase of the company’s evolution. This role is ideal for someone who operates like a builder, not a coordinator.

You should understand how to

  • Shift market perception and measure its impact
  • Build differentiated category narratives
  • Create strategic alignment across Product, Revenue, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Use AI to continuously evolve messaging, competitive intelligence, and market insight

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and lead Recruitics’ market positioning as an AI-native recruitment infrastructure and platform technology
