Your Mission

Build and manage paid-acquisition systems that help clients reach and maintain $250,000+ in verified monthly revenue.

You will own

• Meta advertising
• YouTube and Google advertising
• Creative testing strategy
• Webinar, VSL and application funnels
• Retargeting
• Tracking and attribution
• Campaign optimization and scaling

You must already know how to generate qualified applications, booked calls and trackable revenue for high-ticket offers.

This is not a training position.

Compensation

This is a founding, performance-based role with no guaranteed starting salary.

You earn

• $500 per month for every active client you manage
• $2,000 quarterly for every assigned client that reaches or maintains at least $250,000 in verified monthly revenue

At 12 active clients

• $6,000 in recurring monthly compensation
• Up to $24,000 in quarterly performance bonuses
• Up to $168,000 in annual compensation

Experience with GoHighLevel is a major advantage. Candidates who can also build, manage or improve client funnels, automations, pipelines and tracking systems may qualify to earn more per client.

As the company grows, you will have the opportunity to help build and lead the paid-acquisition department.

You Are a Fit If You Have

• Proven results running Meta Ads for high-ticket offers
• Strong YouTube or Google Ads experience
• Experience with coaching, education or expert-led brands
• Mastery of webinar, VSL and application funnels
• Strong tracking and attribution knowledge
• The ability to execute without hand-holding
• Case studies showing revenue generated—not vanity metrics
• Experience with GoHighLevel is a strong plus
