We are looking for a strategic, creative, and highly organized Field Marketing Manager to help drive growth across our family of brands through local marketing, lead generation, community partnerships, reputation management, and sales support initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Local Marketing Strategy & Business Growth

• Develop and execute localized marketing strategies that support revenue growth across PestMaster, Pest Pros, and Catskill Wildlife Removal.
• Develop and manage seasonal local marketing campaigns tied to pest activity, promotions, and community needs.
• Build and execute grassroots marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Coordinate neighborhood outreach, direct mail campaigns, partnerships, realtor relationships, local events, chamber involvement, and local sponsorships.
• Build marketing plans aligned with business goals, lead generation targets, and service growth initiatives.
• Help plan and execute community events, home shows, vendor fairs, and local partnerships.
• Support the sales team with promotional materials, presentations, referral tools, and localized campaigns.
• Create and execute email, SMS, and other marketing campaigns as needed....
