Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging On-Camera Video Host to lead our YouTube channel and social media platforms. This energetic content creator will travel to a new city each month to interview business owners on location, crafting compelling video content that connects authentically with audiences and elevates our brand presence across digital channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital storytelling, comfortable in front of the camera in a variety of real-world settings, and possesses a vibrant personality that resonates with viewers.

This is a paid position requiring 4 days per month, with all travel, accommodations, and meals fully covered. It's an exciting opportunity to explore new cities, spotlight inspiring entrepreneurs, and grow a loyal online community through innovative content.

Responsibilities

• Travel to a new city each month to host on-location interviews with business owners and entrepreneurs
• Develop and produce engaging video content tailored for YouTube and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and audience interests
• Host interviews that captivate viewers and encourage interaction
• Collaborate on the video editing process using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools to ensure high-quality output
• Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for SEO to maximize reach and visibility
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars, campaign strategies, and promotional activities
• Monitor social listening tools to gauge audience sentiment, trending topics, and engagement metrics
• Engage actively with followers through comments, messages, and live chats to foster a loyal community
• Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics and refine content strategies
