Job Description

The Events & Field Marketing Coordinator supports Alatus Solutions' presence at dental conventions, conferences, and trade shows, along with broader field marketing efforts. This includes researching event opportunities, managing registrations and logistics, coordinating booth materials, and partnering with marketing to ensure campaigns, tracking, and follow-up plans are in place. The role also works closely with the Strategic Projects & Execution Manager on research, reporting, KOL and contractor coordination, and street team support.

Key Responsibilities

• Event & Convention Coordination
• Research and maintain an organized calendar of conventions, trade shows, CE events, and local market opportunities, including deadlines, costs, and requirements.
• Coordinate registrations, booth reservations, sponsorships, exhibitor requirements, and vendor logistics.
• Manage attendee travel (flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries).
• Coordinate booth materials, signage, giveaways, and lead-capture tools, tracking assets before, during, and after events.
• Track event budgets, expenses, and invoices, and prepare post-event summaries covering attendance, leads, costs, and recommendations.
• Marketing & Campaign Support
• Partner with marketing to ensure each event has the right digital support — paid media, email, social, landing pages, QR codes, and tracking links — and that activity is properly tagged for meas...
