Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Website Growth & Conversion Optimization

  • Optimize website (Shopify / WooCommerce) for higher conversion rates
  • Improve product pages (copywriting, images, structure, UX)
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve CVR (conversion rate)
  • Analyze user behavior (Google Analytics)

Traffic & Exposure Growth

  • Plan and execute strategies to increase organic and paid traffic
  • Manage SEO strategy (on-page + keyword research)
  • Run and optimize paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Explore new traffic channels (Reddit, YouTube, affiliates)

E-commerce Strategy & Funnel Building

  • Build full funnel: awareness → consideration → conversion
  • Optimize landing pages and product funnels
  • Improve average order value (AOV) and retention

Marketplace & Channel Expansion (Optional but preferred)

  • Experience with Amazon, Wayfair, or other marketplaces is a plus
  • Coordinate multi-channel strategy

Data & Performance Tracking

  • Track KPIs: traffic, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, revenue
  • Weekly performance reports and optimization suggestions

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
