For more than 75 years, Boys & Girls Clubs of King County (BGCKC) has helped young people discover their potential through safe places, caring mentors, and life-changing programs. Today, the organization serves more than 26,000 youth across King County.

BGCKC is seeking a marketing leader who can strengthen one of the region's most respected nonprofit brands while helping more families, donors, volunteers, and community partners connect with its mission.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional marketing leadership role.

You'll work closely with the executive leadership team to shape how the organization tells its story while leading an integrated marketing, communications, and external relations strategy.

Lead brand strategy and organizational communications.

Oversee digital marketing, public relations, media relations, and agency partnerships.

Increase awareness, program enrollment, and community engagement.

Support fundraising campaigns and donor communications.

Lead and develop a talented communications team.

Use data and analytics to improve performance.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with excellent execution. You enjoy building brands, leading people, collaborating across departments, and turning ideas into measurable results.

5+ years of progressive marketing leadership.

Integrated marketing campaign experience.

Digital marketing and analytics expertise.

Excellent writing and presentation skills.

Experience leading staff and partners.

Passion for youth development.
