Vargas Law Firm is seeking an experienced Bilingual Digital Marketing Specialist (English/Spanish) to join our growing team immediately.

We are looking for a highly creative, proactive, and results-driven professional who can develop, execute, and manage advanced digital marketing strategies with minimal supervision. This is NOT an entry-level position.

Mandatory Qualifications

Applicants MUST meet ALL of the following requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent, verifiable experience in digital marketing.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience creating and executing digital marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
• Advanced knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
• Experience creating engaging content for social media platforms.
• Professional photography and video production for marketing campaigns.
• Advanced photo editing and graphic design skills.
• Advanced video editing for social media, advertising, and promotional content.
• Experience managing Meta Business Suite.
• Experience creating and managing Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO, website optimization, and digital marketing analytics.
• Ability to create marketing strategies that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Strong copywriting skills in both English and Spanish.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate new marketing ideas and campaigns.
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
