Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Sales Associate to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience selling digital marketing services and a proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle—from discovery and consultation to proposal presentation and deal closure.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a consultative selling approach, and the ability to work remotely while engaging with prospects across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their marketing goals and business challenges.
- Present Adit's digital marketing solutions, including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Reputation Management, Website Services, and Lead Generation solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare practice owners and decision-makers.
- Deliver product demonstrations and consultative sales presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, Account Executive, or Digital Marketing sales roles.
- Experience selling Digital Marketing services, Marketing Agency solutions, SaaS products, or related services.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Reputation Management, and Lead Generation concepts.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to US-based clients.
- Experience in Marketing Agency sales.
- Experience in healthcare, dental, or SaaS industries.
- Familiarity with Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
