WHO WE ARE

Backyard Studios is a digital marketing agency that actually moves. We build websites, run paid campaigns, develop brands, and help clients grow online. We are not the kind of agency that meetings things to death. We build things, design things, and figure it out as we go.

Right now we have more work than we can handle and a team that is hungry to grow. Our team is already deep into AI-assisted workflows and new tools, and we are looking for a person who is already living that way too. THE HONEST VERSION

We are behind on projects. We are over budget on timelines. We need someone who can come in, get up to speed fast, and help us knock out a backlog without sacrificing quality. This is not a "settle in for six months" kind of role.

We’re a down-to-earth, hands-on creative crew looking for a designer who lives and breathes visual storytelling, especially in the digital space. While we handle our fair share of production and social media, this role is fundamentally design-first, which means your website layouts and digital aesthetics need to be as sharp as they are functional. If you have a killer portfolio that showcases a strong background in web design, a distinct creative eye, and the ability to take a project from an abstract sketch to a polished digital experience, we want to see how you think.

We are a hard-working, fast-moving team and the work is genuinely interesting. But we are not going to sugarcoat it - there is a real workload here and you need to be the kind of person who finds that energizing, not exhausting.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO

• Build and update websites in Webflow (primarily) and WordPress when needed. No coding from scratch required, but you need to know what clean, well-structured work looks like.
• Design the assets - social graphics, ad creatives, landing page...
