Position Overview

We’re looking for someone energetic and customer-focused to help us grow our marketplace, welcome new businesses, support our customers, and assist with marketing.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard pet stores, groomers, boarding facilities, and veterinary practices to the platform
• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist businesses with product listings, appointments, and account setup.
• Support marketing campaigns and social media outreach.
• Build relationships with independent pet businesses.
• Monitor marketplace activity and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate follow-up communications and customer engagement initiatives.
• Assist with content creation and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in sales, customer relations, eCommerce, or marketing preferred
• Passion for pets and the pet care industry
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with online software platforms and digital tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team
