* About us: Tacnation is a direct-to-consumer brand making magnetic mounts, rifle mounts, and range bags for people who carry every day. Our customers are majority men 25+ who value reliability, quality, safety and peace of mind.

We're looking for a copywriter who can write like a person, not a brand or AI. You'll write Facebook ad copy and landing page copy that sells based on customer data, trust, security, and real use cases. You understand direct-response fundamentals and you know how to make a product sound like a solution.

* What you'll do:

-Write and test Facebook ad copy (primary text, headlines, hooks) across multiple angles; prevention, quick-draw access, vehicle organization, gift occasions

-Write and revise landing page copy: headlines, subheads, benefit sections, objection-handling copy, FAQ, and product descriptions to match the motivations that drive our customers decisions.

-Translate customer review data and voice-of-customer insights into messaging that speaks directly to what buyers actually care about (reliability, security, safety, compatibility, discretion)

-Write in a tone that's bold, confident, and direct — never salesy or over-the-top.

-A/B test hooks, headlines, and angles; iterate based on performance data

-Collaborate with the ads/creative team to match copy to video and image concepts

-Keep messaging consistent with brand voice across email, ads, and site (occasional overlap with email campaigns)

* What we're looking for:

-3+ years writing direct-response or DTC e-commerce copy (Facebook ads and landing pages specifically — please include samples)

-Comfortable writing for a male-skewing, practical-minded audience.

-Understanding of what makes people trust a product enough to buy it once and recommend it after
