Job Summary

Arksite is a fast-growing, early-stage SaaS startup built for the trades industry. We are seeking a creative, disciplined, and hungry Head of Marketing to own our entire marketing presence from the ground up. This is a ground-floor opportunity — you will build the brand, create all content, run paid advertising, and eventually grow a marketing team underneath you. You will report directly to the founder, meet weekly to align on strategy, and have full ownership of everything marketing from day one. Duties

• Own and manage Arksite's social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube — strategy, content creation, posting, and community engagement
• Create all content including short-form video, graphics, and written copy — you are the creator, not just the strategist
• Build, run, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google, including copy, creatives, targeting, and daily performance monitoring
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across every platform and touchpoint
• Build and manage a content calendar, planning weeks ahead and executing with discipline
• Meet with the founder weekly — bring data, bring ideas, and drive the conversation
• Monitor and report on key metrics including follower growth, engagement, CAC, and ROAS
• As the company grows, help define, hire, and manage a small marketing team underneath you
• Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats relevant to our audience

Experience
