Client Care + Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)

Pawsh Paws Mobile Spa is growing, and I’m looking for the right person to step into a part-time support role helping with client communication, scheduling, marketing, and backend business tasks.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling both customer service and creative/marketing support. You’ll play an important part in helping support daily operations, client relationships, and the continued growth of our grooming team.

What this role includes

• Responding to client messages, emails, and inquiries
• Helping manage scheduling and keeping routes full
• Following up with potential new clients and leads
• Assisting with social media content, captions, and marketing tasks
• Helping with general admin and backend business support
• Supporting the growth and organization of groomers’ schedules and client communication

Hours + Pay

• Part-time to start: approximately 15 hours per week
• Pay based on experience, up to $18/hour
• Opportunity for more hours and responsibilities as the business grows

Growth Opportunity

This position is designed to grow over time with the business. The right person could eventually step into a much larger support role and become a key part of Pawsh Paws Mobile Spa’s long-term growth.

• Comfortable writing professionally and helping with social media/marketing tasks
• Able to work independently and stay on top of multiple tasks
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow with a small business
• Mid-Michigan preferred, as I’d like this person to eventually be available for occasional in-person meetings as needed
