Bilingual Social Media Content Creator - 1099 Independent Contractor

Lilburn Liquidations is one of the fastest-growing discount retailers in metro Atlanta. Our social media drives a major portion of our monthly revenue, and we're hiring our next on-camera content creator to keep our momentum going.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position — you set your own filming schedule, use your own equipment, and operate as your own business. We provide the products, the store, and the brand. You bring the content.

What you'll deliver each week

• 21 short-form posts per platform (3 per day on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook — the same video repurposed across all three platforms)
• 2 livestreams per week on TikTok Shop or Instagram Live
• Bilingual captions (English + Spanish) for every post
• Coordination with our team on featured products and weekly themes

How the work is structured

• ~15–20 hours per week, batched (most creators shoot 2–3 days/week and schedule the rest)
• 2–3 in-person store visits per week — you choose the days that work for you
• Bring your own phone/camera and editing software (CapCut works great)
• We provide products, store access, lighting setup, and feature direction

Compensation

• $400–$500 per week flat (based on experience and additional skills like paid ads)
• Performance bonus opportunities discussed at offer stage
• Paid as a 1099 contractor (you handle your own taxes; we issue a 1099-NEC at year-end)

You're a strong fit if you

• Are fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Live within 30 minutes of Lilburn, GA
• Have posted short-form video on TikTok or Reels — for a brand, a side hustle, or yourself — with real engagement
• Have personality and energy on camera
• Love deals, hauls, and finding hidden treasures in a warehouse full of stuff
• Communicate clearly and meet deadlines
